You can print and file your forms, create a folder within your server or desktop with a backup in your storage folders. Better yet with your documents online you can fax from anywhere 24/7! You can view from any internet connection that allows PDF pluggin. Better then that your corporate office or corporate manager can see what you have. PDF DOCUMENTS: Formatted documents stored in your Master Folder and we will send you a set to store on your desktop for easy access. This allows you to make your updates and either upload them to fax out or email them from your email client all from your desktop! Your documents your way! PDF DOCUMENTS CREATED: For those not wanting to store the files or fax them out we do offer a Document Service where we take your existing documents and recreate them into an editable PDF for you. This allows you to digitally send your documents via email or print to fax. Please go to the contact page and send a message regarding yoru document needs. STORAGE: We’ve created a storage center for you. Depending on the service you choose your documents would be stored in the folders provided for Credit Aps, Tax Certificates (by state, in alpha order) and Misc. for your W9’s (for A/P). Your Master folder is divided into two folders. Credit documents and Tax documents. We started this business to make obtaining updated tax certificates required by the different States easier. As a Credit Manager I know the various duties of your department and planning time to mass mail certificate requests was daunting to say the least. I wanted a way to not only expedite this process but have the ability to have a digital file. More so when the State Auditor is calling! You need it NOW and you need it FAST. VOIP has made everything easier and we were still sending snail mail! Once the design came into reality I discover that if I set up a “general” document I could send it on the fly. Better yet I can create my coversheet to a specific account and upload for faxing all from my desktop! I no longer have to work within Word as it shifts my text or pull the documents with a cover sheet and manually write to the account needed only to then walk to the fax machine across the office and hope I’m next. And better yet, the Auditor LOVES the digital copies he now can have access to. He only needs to verify that what you have in digital is indeed the documents in your files. Now you only have to pull the invoice and shipping documents for his sample and pray the other processors did their job and that AP did theirs as well when paying invoices. |
